LifePointe Church had a fantastic day today. We're still down a bit in attendance, but baseball and softball are about to wrap up. So when everyone gets back we're going to be pressed for room. Today was a tough and bittersweet day at LifePointe. We had a wonderful service but was tempered by a bit of down news. Today was the last day our present band played for us on a regular basis. For the past 8-10 months several members of our band have played at two churches, all on Sunday morning. They sacrificed their time to help us have the best worship music we could provide. I've had a hectic but very, very good week so far. The Pointe is our student ministry at LifePointe Church. This week our youth leadership put together a Summer Camp for The Pointe. We've been at Camp Armstrong, a very nice camp in the Union Co., Mississippi hills. God has awesomely moved at the camp. For myself, I've worshipped the King like I haven't in some time.
