LifePointe
1 Comment First 2010 Sunday Review
2010 came in with a bang at LifePointe Sunday! Our 3rd year of existence started off huge. We had one of our best days in quite some time. There was a lot of confetti used in our New Year’s Eve Party, which we left everywhere for Sunday. That, along with some additional lighting, gave the whole service a celebration vibe. The band took it to another level and, with the addition of Monica on vocals, there was some serious worship occurring. Our worship band and music is outstanding. We’re blessed to have such talent. And their love for the Lord is evident in every note.
Despite the frigid temperatures, our service was packed out. About fifteen minutes before we started I was beginning to wonder if anyone would show up! But by 10:30 am almost every seat was taken. More seats were brought out for some of the late arrivals. There were lots of new faces. Love seeing new people experience LifePointe.
As I think back over the past two years, I realize just how blessed I am. God has assembled a fantastic group of people to see His vision through. He’s brought the right people at the right time. With the group He’s assembled here, there’s no doubt in my mind we will see a future even greater and more impacting than we’ve ever imagined.
Goodbye 2009. Hello 2010!
