I’m writing this just as I go to bed tonight, hyped up about tomorrow. I don’t know how many people will show up or what’s going to happen, but I’m resting good because I know that you and I are right slap-dab in the middle of what God wants to do. You may have prayed at some time in the past that you wanted to be in the middle of God’s will for your life. Welcome! You’re absolutely there. There can’t be any place better to be in the entire universe that right where God wants you. Most people search there entire lives trying to find that place that God made them for. You found it. God found you. Ain’t it great?

You guys have poured everything you got into this. I haven’t heard one person complain about the time they surrendered to LifePointe Church. You’ve taken a dirty, nasty car parts store and transformed it into a house of worship, a place where God can be lifted up before the whole community. God provided above anything I could have imagined a year ago, both in resources and good people. I can’t say enough or thank you all enough for how you’ve taken the vision of LifePointe Church and made it your own. LifePointe Church belongs to the Lord, but all of you are part of it, too. I’ve watched God bring together all of us from various backgrounds and made us one, one body, His body, the body of Christ. Now we get to watch and participate in the process of many others become part of this same body.

It’s been a good ride already, and we ain’t got out of the driveway yet!
